I can't comment on whether this is the best chip shop in Leigh as I haven't been to them all. However on a bank holiday Saturday evening it was one of only a few to be open. The fish was excellent quality with large white flakes of Cod and contained no bones. A generous portion of chips was also presented. Next time I visit Leigh, I will look forward to going to Oceans Eleven. After further careful consideration I have given 5 stars.
